St. Mark CDC is seeking a nurturing, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role involves working with children from Infant to Pre-K4, supporting both classroom learning and extracurricular activities.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to inspire young children to love learning in a warm, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Support emotional, social, and cognitive development through creative play and structured activities

• Provide attentive care for children’s daily needs, including feeding, hygiene, and rest

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and encourage extracurricular activities

• Maintain open, positive communication with parents and caregivers

• Ensure compliance with state childcare regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

• Experience in early childhood education preferred

• Caring, patient, and creative approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Meets state childcare requirements
